my insperion is stuck on install

my inspection 11 3000 is stuck on install of Windows 10
.it happens when I was trying to factory reset and it was not connected to charge it died before it could finish and now it's stuck trying to install and it's saying it has an error and cannot proceed. HELP! what do I do????

Restart your computer, hold down the F8 button. You should be prompted with a new window, black background and white lettering. Click on the "Repair your computer" option.

If you have a windows 10 USB drive or CD disk, you can just pop it in, boot from it and start over.

It's a dell, so hold down F12 during POST, and run the dell hardware diagnostic before trying to play with the OS. if you have a dying hard drive you'll get no where with the OS install.

I believe his battery died during the installation, not a hard drive failure.

Just run recovery again but with the laptop plugged in to the mains supply - - - you should have realised you should never try to run factory recovery on battery power - - it's common sense.
