My Intel next book screen glitches out.

I received this nextbook for Christmas. The problem with it is when it is turned on and at the home screen after a while, the screen goes black and has weird multicolored glitch blocks on it. the picture attached shows what it looks like.

If this is a brand new tablet, I would take it back and have them give you a correctly working one. No new device should give you any problems.

Payment slip was lost and can't be returned. So if I can't return it, is it trash?

Even without a receipt you should still be able to contact the manufacturer.
