My JBL Charge speaker broke and I don't have a receipt for the Warranty.

I bought a JBL charge speaker 7 months ago, and it just suddenly stopped working. I think it may be a battery problem because it lights up when its on the charger but turns off when its off the charger. It has a year warranty with the manufacture, but I can't find my receipt. I bought it from Best Buy with cash so I don't have record of buying it on a credit card or anything... The one time I pay cash go figure... Any suggestions on what I should do?

did you use your best buy rewards card or give them your phone number when you bought it? if you did then they have a record of it and can likely print it out
