my keyboard typing extra letters on most keys on laptop .how can i fix it

when I type each letter adds either 1 or 2 extra letters ! please can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps.
- Go to Control Panel and click on Keyboard.
- Adjust the Repeat Delay close to Short and Repeat Rate 5 clicks less from Fast.
- Click on Apply and OK then test it again.
