Solved! My keyboard works on some pages but not in settings

Hi my keyboard won't allow me to type anything into the wireless password space so cannot connect to Internet. It also doesn't work anywhere in settings. But works everywhere else

Are you talking about Router Settings? If you are you should look on the bottom of your router. Look for the word Password. It should have numbers. Have you tried typing numbers into that box?

Thank you for your reply, I reset my laptop to factory settings and it's all working fine now.
