My keypad on my HP laptop stopped working. Num Lock is not the issue...how can I correct this?

Numbers pad on the right of the laptop is not working, the main one with numbers at the top works also the letters. I like using the numbers only, its much faster. How can I fix it?

Did your laptop just get the recent keylogger update? If so, see if you can back it off.
