My Laptop 1143 won`t start.

I have a laptop 1143-Windows 7 bought in 2011 but it has never been used.
When I tried to start it up. It was impossible.
I have tried to remove the batteri, but it didn`t help.

The laptop won't boot or it will not power up at all?
If the laptop won't boot, you can run startup repair with the OS CD.

If the laptop will not even power up, I believe you will need to take it to a repair shop.
I believe you don't have another(similar) power adapter right?
