• ok so they say my laptop is affected even tho I have norton and I can't get on internet I need it cleaned out Norton wants to charge me 100 to clean it I think that ridiculous please any no how to clean without haveing to restart

did you mean affected or infected? by what or with what?

is your pc connected to a network which has access to the internet? is this a new issue or have you always had issues with the internet and norton? please be specific.

100 to do what? specifics please.

what does restarting have to do with anything? that shouldnt be a problem.

if you have a virus or trojan there are free programs available such as avast! or avg. if you have malware there are free programs like malwarebytes.
