my laptop get slow after water damage

hi
two days ago a water slam in to my msi ge40 laptob and wont turn on, so i toke it to laptop shop and they fixed it by replaced IC
now when i play any game like pes 17 or gta v the game lag after 5 minutes of good work and its use is 99% (may be because the gpu is getting hot) put anyway i had to get good performance with 95 degree ??

maybe the shop didn´t reapply thermal paste to the GPU and/or CPU
or didn´t mount the cooler tightly enough
