my laptop has no option of activate windows it is starting with personalise

When i switch it on brings a blue screen saying go to windows and activate windows when i go there, there is no that option in the settings it is starting with personalize. it was good before until i connected it to the internet and automatically downloaded the updates. i cant access my lock screen, start screen and account picture. thanks.

Need more details. Where did you get the laptop from? Why was it not activated already? Did you contact where you got the laptop from?
