My laptop is lag than network is gone

When I play internet sometime my laptop is lag and my net is gone
If I restart my laptop network driver and wifi will gone too and my net be red. I update all driver but it doesn't help I install new window and it doesn't help too how I fix it help me pls I be like this for a year (sorry with my English skill)

so the wifi hardware failed? try Ethernet?
