Click battery icon ---> more power options ---> change plan settings ---> restore defaults for this device ---> yes.

Hey! I also have that problem right now. Apparently my new bought laptop just this week shut downs at 30% and its kinda not good to me. I tried to go to the plan settings, go to the advanced settings and I tried to change and try and try but its not working. I don't know what to do.

1) Open Lenovo battery or power management (or app related to this0 and check for such settings.


2) If the problem still persists, you have to do a completed charge-discharge cycle (you can find it online for how-to-do ) and check the battery wear level. If your battery wear level is 30%, then the problem is your battery.

3) If the problem still exists, contact Lenovo support.
