My Laptop is not HOLDING the CHARGE

I haven't charged by ASUS laptop for past 15 days, and now on being connected to the charger it is not charging. How to solve this problem, it is not holding the charge even when it is connected to charger.

Unplug the battery and wall power, hold in the power button for about 15 seconds, plug in the laptop to wall power and plug in the battery, see if that fixes things. You may need to try a new battery.
