My Laptop is not working

I have a Dell Inspiron 17R Special Edition (7720) and it doesn't work for some reason, here is a video that show what happens: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPIKCNLkUKc

I'm not sure what happened or if i need a new hard drive.

Thanks for sharing that video. I have a quick question, on your laptop somewhere there should be a little light that flashes. If it's flashing or on while windows has a blank screen, leave it. If not, I can try and see if I can find some solutions.

looks like your windows is screwed up. have you tried going into safemode or last known good configuration to see if that will work?

No there is no flashing lights while the screen is blank. But one light is normal and the other ones are red pink http://imgur.com/ljMRWoF

I can't access safemode it doesn't let me access the boot options or settings with F8

Do you have a system repair disk? using that can you do a startup repair?

Nope i don't i only have a disk with the drivers.

Looks like your hard drive is being used though. Is there a light that has like a label next to it that looks like 3 disks above each other? I would leave it for a good 3 hours as it may be fixing itself up.

There is no light that i could see which have 3 disks above each other, I'll leave it on for three ours and will reply later.

Sorry for taking this long to reply, Nothing happened after i left on for 6 hours. To this day it still does the same thing.

do you have a windows disk to install onto that laptop? if yes then don't worry about drivers as can be gotten from dell.

No it came with a disk containing the drivers not the OS, windows 8 came installed

Did you even read what the problem was, I can't access that at all.

check in the bios to see if the laptop is there.
