My laptop is saying preparing automatic repair then says diagnosing your pc what should I do

My Internet weren't working so I tried to reset the laptop.. While it was resetting the laptop switched off now when I switch it on I says 'preparing automatic repair' then goes on to say 'diagnosing your PC' then it switches off and does it again
Can you help?
