Solved! My laptop is slow. HELP!!

Hey guys ,
I own a Hp G56 130sa Laptop ( Dual-core t4500 2.3ghz , 4gb ram) with Windows 8.1 installed and it is very SLOW , from transferring files to surfing the internet its slow (it gets very hot too) .
Guys give me a solution to make it faster ... is it the ram ? or the windows? or should i re-install windows 7 ? any drivers to speed up ?? ..
can i install windows 10?
The c drive is full too and i cant afford a new laptop
please help me

If your C Drive is full, that's why it's so slow. I would download wisecare 365 (just get the free version linked below) and run it. It deletes unnecessary files from your computer.
Another thing that wouldn't be a bad idea is to reinstall windows.

I would suggest not download anything that said cleaner

my booting is also slow and it was even slow when the c file had like 100 gb left ..

If it overheating, either try your luck/skill and open it and clear it or take it to a shop and have them do it for you.

And also, backup your data, just in case

I have had laptops be slow because the HDD was badly damaged/on its way out, a simply copying of the OS to another identical drive fixed the issue.

Upgrading to an SSD would make your laptop perform better than new.
