my laptop is suddenly shut-off

i need help with my laptop is suddenly shut-off
when i use the laptop with AC charger plugged
it's never shut down , playing game burn the laptop with render ,working for hours
**************no problems ************************
the problem just happens when it's on battery
it's suddenly power off without any warning
and it's not power on until i wait like 5 minute
then it's power on
and when i put my hand on the usb plugs i feel little electricity shock
i hope it's not short to ground in the motherboard
i'm very tired from this problem

is there any fix to this problem plzzzzz ?

If it was a power problem it should show when connected to the charger as well.

You may just need to replace the battery.

If it is under warranty still, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't you can do the work yourself or take it to a local tech.
