I have this laptop right here https://www.cnet.com/products/toshiba-satellite-s55-b5266-15-6-core-i7-4510u-8-gb-ram-1-tb-hdd/specs/
which to sum up has intel core i7 u 4th generation , 8 gb of ram and amd radeon r7 m60 and ever since i downloaded an inactive version of win 10 and it's running so slow that i can't even play gta v on the lowest settings with more than 2fps , and also the bios reset the time and date every time i boot it up.. please help

You will need to get the CMOS battery replaced ... that is why the bios keeps resetting. https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/306981/Where+is+CMOS+battery+on+Toshiba+Satellite+L55D-B5364

In terms of it running like a dog I suggest you clean it for viruses and malware ... take a look at what is running in the background using process explorer ... the cpu might be running some other crap in the background slowing it down.

Uninstall all of the programs you dont want.

Run cleandisk and defrag too.

Replying to reynod.... Sorry i forgot how to use this site lol... The cmos thing worked fine thank you but for the slow laptop thing i must emphasize that although i downloaded the correct graphics card drivers i always find the graphics card thingy being called windows generic graphics and that what happens in gta v too... So any fix for that
