Solved! My laptop power bottom is blinking but laptop is don't turn on.I removed battery after 30sec I press power botton but still no

Laptop is only blinking don't turn on the laptop. I did already removing battery press 30sec power Burton after insert charger and battery .but laptop is don't turn on .what is my laptop problems. What can I do
