What are you using Autocad for? Is this a paid gig? If so, then your employer should provide the relevant hardware.

If not, there are quite a number of other 'CAD' programs that are lighter in requirements. And MUCH lighter in price.

it's for educational purposes, what autocadd version should i use? and if i change my RAM into higher GB, will my laptop be faster and not lag?

Must it be actual "AutoCad"? If so, see this: http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured

Or is it just 3D modeling? There are a number of free or inexpensive CAD applications.

its for actual autocad. thank you its a big help :)
one more thing, if i change my ram into 8GB will it run faster and smoother without lag?

I have a Mini Pc with this processor and I have upgraded it with 16Gigs Ram and is quite performing well.
You can a give a try by upgrading it.. I have 250GB mSATA SSD card with Oracle Enterprise Linux, Oracle Database 12c, Oracle Business Intelligence 11g and Oracle Data Integrator and OBIA installed on this .. and is running very smooth
