my laptop refuses to display and i was wondering what the problem is,it would come on but nothing displays,what do i do?

Hi,

Try to identify first if it really is your motherboard or just the LCD screen. To test it, hook up an external monitor in your laptop and see if it will show any display. Also do a hard reset as well, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 secs. Put everything back together then see it will power on.
