My laptop sound crackles a lot

Need Help Laptop sound crackles a lot
Not enjoyable when watching youtube videos
Already Installed all updates still keeps crackling
Not sure if I Should Uninstall drivers or not
Even If I Need to , I dont know how to do it

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall the Sound Card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the sound driver.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http/ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74867.exe
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

I uninstalled the realtek one but heres an amd onedont know
