my laptop stopped connecting to wifi or ethernet

Hi,
I have a Samsung laptop rv720 with windows 10 and yesterday everything worked fine.
But today the wifi doesn't work or cable. It says it's connected but when I open the browser, Google says err connection timed out...

I tried unistallig the drivers and reinstalling I did the ipconfig/release and then renew it says media disconnected.. I also tried ping www.google.com and it says 4 packets sent and received, nothing lost etc...

What do I do next?

Please do try and reset your browsers.
- Google Chrome: https/support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en
- Internet Explorer: http/windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11
- After resetting your browsers and still you don't have internet access do restart your Model and Router.
- If there's still no internet connection try contacting your ISP first to make sure that it's not an issue with their end.
