My laptop types automatically wrong keys

Hi!
Today I just opened my laptop then suddenly when I pressed a certain it's function is not appropriate. like when I types letter H the chrome will closes and when I typed letter e it will added by letter u so it will be eu. I already uninstall the keyboard but it doesnt work. Please help me. Thank in advance.
