my laptop wont boot at all

i restored the system of my laptop using Norton Ghost,
and after ending the restore process and the computer started again it won't enter Windows
and after a few times it won't boot at all
all what happens when pressing the power button is that the power button blinks 5 time and nothing else happens

I have a Vaio VGN-sz740 laptop. One day when I turned on the laptop, it's screen was black and I heard 1 ling, and 2 short beeps. The fan is working and the LED of hard drive is one. When I press alphabet keys I don't here any sound, but when I press other keys, it beeps.
I opened the laptop, and removed the memory, then put it on it's place. Also, I connected my laptop to an external LCD, but it didn't work.
Any solution?

i got a Toshiba Satellite P50-c which has a SSD card fixed in instead of the original and a 12GB RAM which only 8GB was in the original.

now the laptop turns on but it's got a recovery error code: 0xc000000e
and i tried using a USB with Windows on it for repairing but the laptop won't responde to it.

what i'll probably do is to go to a pc lab to check it all out (they sayed that if it doesn't enter Windows they need to see it)
