My laptop wont go back to full screen.

My Hp laptop will not go back to full screen. HP will not help me without spending money. Please can anyone help me.

What do you mean by not go back to full screen? Do you mean the resolution is funky or something?

If you could share a picture of the problem, it might be something easy

right click desktop select display

look at resolution and make sure it is set to "recommended"

(windows 10 and I think windows 8.1 display then advance options is where the resolution will be)
