my lenova laptop woudnot turn on how to start for booting?
lenova g570 after 2 seconds it stops no further progress not opening the cd for booting?

Hi,

Unplug the laptpop, take the ram and battery out.
Then push on the power button for about 10 sec.
Put the ram back and plug the laptop and try to boot.

When you try to boot up, do you have a blinking led on the laptop ?

Concurring with dextermat above, except that the RAM does not need to be taken out to perform this power cycle. If you continue to have this problem after trying this, then it may be time to begin troubleshooting RAM.
