My lenovo 110s wont factory reset.

Hi i have been trying to factory reset my laptop and it keeps telling me a problem occured and it wont reset it

Why trying to reset? It may not be needed, depending on the issue.

If a problem keeps occurring, there may be a problem with the data on the computer (assuming it is on a partition). You may have to get or make a CD/DVD/USB of the OS and reinstall it from there.
