My Lenovo ideapad 100s is broken and I don’t know how to fix it, it keeps coming up with the logo it goes off them a message

My Lenovo ideapad 100s is broken it keeps coming up with the logo then goes blank then it comes up with a message saying we are restoring your windows then it goes off then a white box appear then disappears and it keeps repeating what do I do?
