My Lenovo laptop beeps when I plug in the charger but still doesn't turn on for about 4 hours then in those 4 hours that it takes to turn on the screen is black then green and changes every 1 second...

The screen issue sounds like a gpu error. Honestly I'm going to say it sounds like you had a power surge. But could you add some info?
*does it run normally after it starts?
*when did the problem start?
If it does run is it slow, does it do anything odd, make noises or anything?
*have you tried booting into safe mode and doing a virus scan.
*And have you tried to restore to a point before the issues started?

It does not run normally the screen is just black and now I think it has gotten worse it is not coming on even after 18 hours...
The problem started about a week ago.
It makes noisesand the fan is going crazy fast...
It is not a virus...
And I am always doing updates on time but there was nothing I could do T the point. It worse case scenario I will just replace out, it is already 2 years old.

I am also facing same problem. After starting its running normally and did a virus scan and tried restore point
