My Lenovo laptop is continuously beeping and won’t charge, but will still boot up

My laptop beeps constantly. My battery is still halfway so I can boot it up and everything runs fine, but when I plug the charger in it won’t charge

Either need a new charger or battery. Battery may not be allowing full charge. May not be holding its charge.
