My Lenovo laptop is keep on then restart, and it said "Preparing automatic repairs"and also show me the Your Pc is running error or something I cant read because it fast then it going to be restart again and again.

This can be a sign of a failing hard drive. Check in the BIOS for a diagnostic utility and run that. Most likely you will need to replace the drive and install Windows clean on that.

It's more likely that your hard drive is corrupt
I just got this issue a few days ago
had to buy a new hard drive...
or you could take it to a shop and it could be that you don't have a corrupted hard drive
You are using a lenovo laptop right?
Near the charging point there will be a little button press it go to bios and check the dialog written =Hard disk see if there is written not detected
if not there must be some kind of letters and numbers which is okay
