my lenovo laptop is stuck on working on updates and saying don't turn computer off it been like that for hours

My laptop has been doing updates now it's saying working on updates 100% complete don't turn off your computer thing is it been like that for hours any help on how to fix the problem

have you tried restarting the laptop by holding the power button for 3 seconds.

If it is stuck then trying to revert back to a previous store point after turning the laptop off.

Thanks! Holding down power button for the full 3 seconds worked! We had just turned it on and off briefly. Thanks!
