My lenovo laptop shows Iphone in device manager as being not migrated

I have Windows 10, and an iPhone SE. My laptop registers that my iPhone is plugged in, but when I try to connect my iPhone to the iTunes on my computer, it doesn't register that there is a device. I went to my device manager for my iPhone and it says that it is not migrated, I was wondering if that might have something to do with my problem. My laptop and iPhone and iTunes are all up to date on their software and such.
