Hi kristin mine also cracked. i am planning to replace it myself. I couldnt find any video guide. However theres a helpful teardown guide in myfixguide.com and a pdf of the hardware manual is also available online.
Theres digitizer alone as well as digitizer+lcd combo available online in aliexpress.com and ebay.com.
Some say its easier to buy digitizer+lcd combo though its costlier.(~55$).
I havent ordered one yet.

I prefer replacing just replacing the broken part not both as it is still good. I've replaced 3 ipad & 1 hipstreet flare 3 android tablet touch screens with no issues to the lcd screen.
