My leven flex 3 will not show the password window so that I can open it up. It looks like it's updating. I only had it for 3

It just have the Circle going around. Looks like it's going to open but it dosent

If it is a new device, and it isn't a change you have made, I would contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer about the issue.
