My micromax phone don't restart after resetting

When we resetting my phone
We click on erase everything then my phone get switch off after it don't restart upto 5 minute
Then I press the power button to turn on but my phone don't get up.

What we have to do?

Is it not powering on or is it just showing only some screens but not fully loading?
