My monster hdmi cable stopped working

I was playing Dead Rising 2 on my tv then I decided to switch to destiny, but then after 2 minutes of playing the screen suddenly goes black and I connected the hdmi to my Apple TV and nothing popped up.Help?

Try using the apple TV or other device in a different HDMI port on the TV, if this doesn't work try connecting it to a different display such as a monitor or other TV.

If you still get no display then it is most likely your HDMI cable, if the other steps fail you will most likely need a new HDMI cable.
