my new Rca tablet doesnt want to turn on screen is blank. what can be the problem

My new tablet was on charger when i tried to turn on screen stays blank . It is one wk old, it was on 20% when i charged it

lol vem it a tablet not a phone. RCA not the best tablet maker put it on base and after try holding power for a like a 1-2 mins if it doesn't turn on take it back most likely broken.
