My next book ares 11 isn't reading the new SD card 32G

Not reading the SD card, memory zone says there is no SD card. It's a scan disk brand. I put it in then turned on tablet and its not reading it.

When you put brand new SD... format it first (normal format FAT32). Try it !
Is it working now?
