when I turn my aspire v5-122p on all that's there is acer explore beyond limits and nothing it just stays like that ,help please

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery off the laptop and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it's still stuck on the ACER logo, load into BIOS then set it's default by pressing F9 once then press F10 to save and exit.
- If it will still not work, remove the HDD off the laptop then boot it up and see if it will load pass the ACER screen with an error on a black screen. If it will get pass the ACER logo without the HDD that means it's the HDD causing it to get stuck.
- But if the laptop will still get stuck on the ACER logo without the HDD, that means it's a motherboard problem.
