My older laptop reach 90+ dagrees

I need so much help,i have old laptop about 7 year old
Spec :
AMD Turion II Mobile M520 2.30 Ghz ( dual core )
ATI Radeon Mobility 4530
RAM : 3 GB DDR2

When i idle temp are so high about 75 to 80 dagrees,when i gaming temps reach 90+ ....that is normal for old laptop?? ....but for SURPRISE is,my [watch your language] CPU fan are on 140 RPM (The [watch your language]?)

I think laptop is HP Pavillon ....

Clean out the dust by using a compressor and replace the thermal paste.

7 years old is being generous with that dinosaur. Like was said up there, dont swear, its a family oriented forum. 2nd, you shouldnt be gaming on something that old, most likely the thermal compound is dried out and no longer helping. Get a newer laptop.
