My pavilion p043cl battery won't charge, and when the battery is removed it won't still power. What should I do?

Solution
It sounds like the charging circuit may be your problem. However, prior to working with that, try checking your charging cord. See if you can test yours on another device and test another on yours. It may well just be that your charger cord needs to be replaced and that would resolve it.

However, should that not turn out to be the problem, leaving the charging circuit or even the motherboard being the issue, then you would have to either repair that yourself, or have it repaired for you.

NOTE: If the laptop is still under warranty, then you do not want to do anything to it. You would need to contact the manufacturer and see if they can repair or replace it.
