my phone shut down on me and wont charge and wont turn on

Is it doing anything at all when you try to turn it on? If not, you may need to try a new battery and/or charger and cable. If those don't work, the thing is dead and needs to be replaced. You can bring it to a store to get it looked at. Pretty much every phone carrier has a shop you can go to.
