My cell phone turned off for no reason and now it won't turn back on. (I have an Iphone 5c). I tried charging it and all it did was vibrate every 5 seconds. None of the buttons work either!

Bring it over to your service provider, if it looks to charge OK but won't turn on it will need to be fixed or replaced.
