My RCA tablet will not turn on or charge I tried resetting it

Have you tried holding down the power button or about 20 seconds and then plugging it in to charge?

Also you should check the cord to make sure it is actually working. Try using it on a different device. If it works for it, then the cord is good. If it doesn't then you need a new cord.

You should look in the port for dust, food, etc., as well. This and/or bent prongs in there can cause it not to connect correctly.

If none of these work the last two options are either to replace the battery (and yes it can be done, it is just a tad more complicated than on most phones) and/or replacing the device.
