Question My RCA tablet won't work...

My RCA tablet works...tho here's the catch, it keeps going to the battery thing, even if I keep it on the charger for a long time, and when it goes off of the battery screen, it keeps going back to the dogs and then goes to black about every 7 seconds, is it possible that I need to go somewhere to get it repaired? Cause the screen is bad like since it is a bit broken, like is that my only solution or is there a way around that? I even tried the methods of holding the power and volume button for 30 seconds, I tried holding and pressing the reset button tho nothing is working 🙁 please help if possible

Batteries wear out.

Any 'repair' is almost certainly more expensive than buying something new.

Probably 4 years maybe, tho that's how long it was broken, is there a way to replace the battery? I might have to get a new one if there is no hope for this one

Replace the battery?
Probably, eventually. A lot of these cheap tablets weren't made with 'repair' in mind.

Nothing is impossible.
Just more hassle and cost than replacing the whole thing.
