My rca tablet

It was on a charger a while back ago. I been trying to get it to charge butbit won't charge or even turn on. So I reset it and nothing else happened. And it's still black screened

could be a number of things, faulty battery or charger, loose connection..., i would take it to a shop and ask them to try a battery and/or charger if that fails it seems it needs repaired
