My RCA Vicking Pro will not let me log on to my play store

I have a vicking pro by rca. It will not let me sign in to any of my google apps ex: play store email google. I however can go to the browser and sign in to my google the only problem with this is i can not use any of my apps. Can you help please

And why it will not let you login in? error? crash? freeze?

It keeps telling me this problem might be tempory try again later unsecure server.
