my s4 mini suddenly doesn't recognize my sd card, whar should I do?

I was listening to music and then suddenly my mobile shut down and when I opened it, it didnt recognize my sd card I restarted my mobile multiple times but its still the same.
What should I do?

Have you tried taking the SD card out and then remounting it? Barring that, you might need to reformat it. Would suggest trying to salvage your data beforehand if possible, of course.
